Hi, I'm Janine!

When choosing a Real Estate Agent, you may look for someone enthusiastic, personable and responsive, but there's one quality that's non-negotiable: experience. Without it, you just may not get the insights you need to see a deal all the way through closing. That's where I come in! (bonus: I have all those other traits, too!)

Born and raised in Calgary, I have been a licensed REALTOR® for over 13 years, building my range of talents and skills along the way. After joining CIR REALTY, I became more involved and took on even more responsibility by becoming part of the Ad Committee. Over the years, on multiple occasions, I have been the recipient of the Top Producer Award within the brokerage, and have been recognized for my charitable donations and volunteer roles.

My greatest accomplishment? Hundreds of happy clients. I believe that experience, combined with market insight and client focus makes for a pretty powerful fusion. And that leads to results. I truly care about each client and strive to put a personal touch on all I do.

When I'm not busy "selling suburbia", I enjoy travelling to sunny destinations and exploring the great outdoors with my three kids. I love to write music and sing, and I truly believe laughter is the best medicine.

What makes a house a home for me? - An open kitchen with a large island built for gathering and entertaining, complemented by a backyard oasis that is meant for living. Oh, and a boot room...I love a good boot room!
